In 2020, to celebrate the release of the 25th James Bond film, The Royal Mint issued this £5 coin. It was issued as part of a three coin series celebrating the iconic secret agent. The reverse design of this coin, by Christian Davies and Matt Dent features the Aston Martin DB5 – the classic bond car. When all three coins are placed together, they spell out the James Bond’s agent number – 007. The obverse of this coin features the 5th portrait of HM Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
