When you say released into circulation, does that mean in all areas of uk ? I live in Cornwall and still have several of last years 50p and £2 still to find. It appears to me that you send to banks in the main areas, the nearest to here perhaps Bristol and possibly slowly filter down to the tip of the UK – but with the number of collectors looking out for them (and profiteers, looking at e-bay!) – very few actually make it this far. And like Jackie above, I cannot afford to buy from the mint or traders – so will I ever complete my albums ??

Hi Mike, I’m afraid we do not have exact details of where in the country coins are released. They will make their way into circulation as and when banks and cash centres need more change. Thanks Luke

When you say released, is that into circulation or just from the shop.

Hi Steve, Which coin(s) are you referring to? Thanks Luke

I have been an avid coin collector for many years. I now have 3 change checker albums for my grandchildren BUT thinking of stopping collecting. As far as the 2017 coins go i have only managed to find 2 The Tale of Peter rabbit and none of the others nor any £2 2017.
Collecting from my change used to be fun…not any more…..
Cant afford to buy the carded coins.
    ANY COMM3NTS !!l
Be3n stung on two swaps via c.c. App so no more swapping that way.
