We’re extremely excited to announce that we’re bringing our Change Checker Live 50p Swap to the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT)!
Join us at the Royal International Air Tattoo from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st July where we’ll be giving collectors the chance to swap ANY UK 50p coin for the brand new 2024 UK D-Day 50p.

Each day, swappers will have the chance to get their hands on a Silver Proof 2024 D-Day 50p during our Silver Giveaway hour.
For an hour each day only, there’ll be 1 D-Day 50p with a special sticker in the lucky dip box, and whoever picks it out will get not only the 2024 UK D-Day 50p in Brilliant Uncirculated quality for just 50p, but they’ll also get a Silver Proof 2024 D-Day 50p FOR FREE!

The Royal International Air Tattoo
Known as the world’s largest military air show, the Royal International Air Tattoo takes place at RAF Fairford, where thrilling sights and sounds of several hundred aircraft, from all eras and countries of the world, gather for this unique adrenalin-fuelled occasion.
We were lucky enough to attend the show last year where we were swapping the 2023 Coronation 50p, and we can’t wait to return!
We’ll be swapping 50ps with collectors across all three days, so be sure to come and say hello!

Such is the popularity of our Live Coin Swaps, and to ensure it’s fair for everybody, we’re limiting the number of swaps to strictly 1 per person.
Can I reserve a coin before I arrive?
To ensure a fair swap event for everyone, we do not offer reservations of coins. It is a strictly first come first served basis.
How does the Silver 50p Giveaway work?
Anyone is eligible to swap any UK 50p for the 2024 UK D-Day 50p in Brilliant Uncirculated quality at any time in the 3 days we’ll be at the show, but you can choose to save your swap for the Silver Giveaway Hour (which will be announced on our social channels each day) for your chance to win the D-Day 50p in Silver Proof quality!

We’re extremely excited to announce that we’re bringing our Change Checker Live 50p Swap to Duxford for their D-Day 80 Summer Air Show!
Join us on Saturday 1st June and Sunday 2nd June at the Imperial War Museum Duxford, where we’ll be giving collectors the chance to swap ANY UK 50p coin for the brand new 2024 UK D-Day 50p.
The 2024 UK D-Day 50p has been issued to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings, and the design was created in collaboration with Imperial War Museums – so it’s only fitting that we take it along to swap at the special D-Day 80 Duxford Summer Air Show!
Our Brilliant Uncirculated UK 50ps usually retail for £5.99 plus postage, so this is a chance to get your hands on one in superior collector quality for just face value!
Duxford Air Show
Since the inaugural Duxford Air Day in 1973, IVM Duxford has hosted countless spectacular air shows, inviting attendees to see the world’s aviation legends first-hand and immerse themselves in Duxford’s rich history.
Last year, nearly 34,000 people attended Duxford’s Battle of Britain Air Show as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations, and with 2024 marking 80 years since D-Day, a huge turnout is expected again this year!

We’re extremely excited to announce that we’re bringing our Change Checker Live 50p Swap to Essex!
Join us on Saturday 13th April from 9am – 9pm in Lakeside Shopping Centre where we’ll be giving collectors the chance to swap ANY UK 50p coin for a brand new Brilliant Uncirculated UK 50p.
Usually, collectors only get the chance to swap their coins for one new coin design at our live swap events, however this time is a bit different…
We’re pitting two extremely popular 50p series against each other and giving you the choice of either a Star Wars™ OR Harry Potter 50p!
Our Brilliant Uncirculated UK 50ps usually retail for £5.99, so this is a chance to get your hands on one in superior collector quality for just face value!
We’ll be taking 1,000 50ps with us to swap on the day – half made from a mix of Star Wars™ 50ps and the other half a mix of Harry Potter 50ps – but which series will prove most popular?

Lakeside Shopping Centre, Essex
Lakeside Shopping Centre is a large shopping centre located in West Thurrock, Essex, just beyond the eastern boundary of Greater London. The shopping centre, in addition to the surrounding retail parks, forms one of the largest shopping areas in a single location within Europe!
The centre has over 250 shops, 50 cafes and restaurants, and a 26-acre lake. Approximately 500,000 people visit Lakeside every week.
